About me

I am Olympia – Sant Nirmal, KRI-certified Kundalini Yoga teacher (Level I & II) and student of Shiv Charan Singh (Kundalini Yoga & Karam Kriya Consultant).


My deep interest in human existence, as well as in the natural and universal laws, led me early in life into the world of philosophy. In my search for the meaning of life, I explored various paths of knowledge – from ancient Greek and Western philosophy to Eastern traditions, and from psychoanalysis to social psychology.


Kundalini Yoga was the catalyst for my personal development, allowing me to transform intellectual insights into a holistic experience. It brought me from mere knowledge to deep practical, embodied understanding that unites all aspects of my being – body, mind, and soul.


My yoga classes are therefore holistic, mindful, and designed to help you be present at the moment. Through targeted exercises and meditations, I support you in reducing stress, releasing blockages, and discovering new paths to inner harmony and wholeness.
